Asynchronous eLearning is when learners complete self-paced online training. In this case, the learner and the instructor are not online at the same time. Your questions are usually answered via email or phone. In both scenarios the student makes an appointment to gain help via email or telephone.

Synchronous eLearning is the teacher at an appointed time will be on a video chat session. The teacher will be watching you practice and giving you advise. Our teachers prefer skype sessions and the student will be required to have a good internet connection and either a helper holding her phone or a long cord attached to a webcam.
