More Power Comes When We Learn To Let It Go.

Why we should Learn to accept an unkind word or action is your power. More power comes when we learn to let it go.

You need to work out – was it a question so the person could work something out about you or was it a statement. Does this person care about you or are they a spiteful person by nature? Is there a stronger form of communication required in the relationship or is the person someone just passing through your life? Is there a lesson to be learned from the statement? Did you unknowingly press one of their buttons of a deep rooted issue that prompted their unkind words. Unkind words have a power. They can destroy a relationship or turn a relationship into a better form of communicating with each other. If they are just passing through your life – then it stands to reason what they think about you is void of foundation and needs to be ignored. If they are spiteful by nature they may be in your life to gain a healing.

The Golden Rule

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”

Treat other people with the concern and kindness you would like them to show toward you. This saying has come to be called the Golden Rule.

Two wrongs do not make a right”.

To retaliate will cause a bigger issue. So zip it.

We are human and sometimes fail to deal effectively with others. 

Ask yourself was it a slip , a mistake or a violation.

Never try to address any of these sitautions untill you have throught it through. 

The human mind is complicated controled and governed by all that has happened in a persons life. You cannot always know what has been the ravelling of someones personality.  –  twisted, knitted, or woven threads of their mind. Leave the unravelling to their higher power and just deal with your mindfulness path.Why we should Learn to accept an unkind word or action is your power. There is a time to Zip up our month and a time to address the issue.  A time when we should appoligize and a  time to ask for an appology.  Getting an appology from someone that hits back is not going to happen, because their jouney into effective communication has not been their life plan. We all say or do things at times of feeling  weak orwe are  having an  over tired day.  It is important to fix the situaltion as quickly as possible after we have slept.  If you do not know how to fix the situation, talk it through with someone or ask your higher power to assist you. 

Unkind Words Need a mouth with a zipper

The Old Adage Is

“Sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me.” 

 

This is easier said than down. Practice will eventually become a mind muscle. To form these type of mind muscles we need a daily plan.

  • Journal in a gratitude diary daily.
  • Mediate daily
  • Learn Reiki and Chakra balancing
  • How to pray daily
  • How to spiritually clean and protect yourself daily.

My biggest mistakes come on the days I have not balanced my chakras or asked God to be with me guiding me to be a better person throughout this day.

If you do not believe in God then believe there is a higher power you can tap into and call that power into your life daily.
