Never forget the moon energy

Keep a close eye on the different moods you have with each moon cycle. Also keep on eye on family and friends moods during these cycles. No matter how balanced you are your mood will be effected by the moon.
As a new moon represents the start of a new lunar cycle, it symbolizes new beginnings. People use the energy of a new moon to achieve their goals or start on a new project. They also reflect on their old goals and set themselves new ones.

The moon varying gravitational pull affects our brains and bodies in ways that we do not appreciate. After-all, the human body is mostly water, so if the moon moves bodies of water, why not us? If this sounds crazy, keep in mind that many believe it to be true, including those who are highly educated.

Therefore, it stands to reason that we should keep an eye on the moon as part of our daily habits.
